Diversity, Community & Inclusion

God’s Design for Diversity, Community & Inclusion

Celebrating the diversity of God’s Kingdom through uncommon unity

All people are created by God and bear His image.

That’s the first line of the Anderson University Office of Diversity, Community & Inclusion’s (AU DC&I) mission statement. It’s what we believe. It’s the culture we foster. It represents who we are.

Join us in making Anderson University a place where we truly—and biblically—reflect God’s design for humanity among the members of our faculty, staff, and students.
